These twins «explorers» of management
Jongny
At this time when qualified staff is lacking and hard to stay, the Sasso brothers encourage managers to adapt and develop their «relationships» to keep them. Their advice box goes so far as to invite them to make their introspection. Portrait of two atypical entrepreneurs.

With their carefully trimmed whiskers and impeccable plaid suits, they are both trendy and serious, but also mutinous, who use their image and their particularity. No doubt, the brothers Arnaud and Nelson Sasso are twins. They show this in the name of their company, «Twins Vision», and their logo. A double look, but also reflecting an almost common journey, almost entirely spent in the Swiss Riviera, from childhood to today. Looking at the dwarves on the lawn and the nature wallpapers, you’d think they had to keep the kid’s side of it, who likes to play adventurers in the woods. Arnaud also smiles and tells us. «Two years ago, we built a cabin... We really need to go back regularly to nature, to the forest, to recharge our batteries, and we continue to love exploring, discovering, understanding and getting things done.” After several experiments, the two brothers launched their own consulting company three years ago. A challenge that has been met without fear of going against the economic vision that often favours quick profit.
They shar "almost" everything
Since their childhood, the two brothers, born in Jongny, have already shared football – at CS La Tour – and school friends, which they count twice as much of course. As teenagers, they continue their activities together, whether by starting their own music group, «Oursound», or to make a film, «Les Experts de Burier» on DVD. From an Italian father, they enjoy this double culture, enjoying the meetings with the family in Liguria, and will also keep the taste of travel. After the math-physics gymnasium, and then the military parenthesis – together in the same air section in Payerne – they have the same goal: to train in marketing. And above all, they started a business called “Plastic Belts” with their jazz stand. They continued to «make it grow» until 2019.
Forced to change
The two brothers then split into their professional itinerary. Nelson enters the local. ch, where he will become team leader, while Arnaud is a staff advisor in a company in Châtel-St-Denis, with up to 70 employees to manage. It also recruited more than 1,500 people. This is where they understand, each on their own, the importance of the relationship with the team. Following a change in management, Nelson saw one-third of the people he worked for leave the company and thought about ways to avoid this situation. The twins then meet to develop a method, theirs, of training and courses for managers. They’re launching “Twins Vision” in the midst of COVID. “It was a leap into space, but it was our crazy side. And we were so convinced.” While the wave of personal development has passed a little, and far from economic models, is not it difficult to receive by managers? “Today, they have no choice. People no longer want to succeed in their careers, but in their lives. If they want to find the right workers, and keep them, they have to change,' they reply in a nutshell.
«Back to back»
At 35, having been confronted with different physical problems, the Sasso brothers also learned from their personal journey and «the school of life». Also enjoying being separated at times, and not sharing girlfriends, the two brothers live in the same family home, and always love relationships with friends. «As twins, it’s either the merger or the competition. We’re really into the competition,» says Arnaud. «We have always been back to back, with others around us», agrees Nelson. That is why they regret seeing people today «disconnected from themselves», and «frustrated by the dissonance with what they see on social networks».
